Delmarva Dogfish is a United States Masters Swimming certified program with swimmers from all over Delmarva.  We practice at the Henson Family YMCA in Salisbury, MD.  Our group is a collection of swimmers from varied athletic backgrounds and a range of motivations.  Whether you want to get more comfortable in the water, get faster and more efficient, or just need people to swim with, come check us out.

We offer practices three days a week: 

        Tuesdays & Thursdays              5:45 am - 7:00 am

        Saturdays                                    7:00 am - 8:15 am

Most of our swimmers compete in triathlons and open water swims, and all of them just love to be in the water.  Our practices are designed to be challenging (and hopefully fun) with a focus on technique and fundamentals that swimmers of all levels can benefit from.  We also incorporate drills to develop open-water skills that will benefit anyone who plans to swim in natural bodies of water.  So if you have any sort of aquatic ambitions, we can probably help you get there.
